Lectors

Lectors proclaim the Word of God to the gathered assembly at parish Masses and other liturgical celebrations.

Those interested in this ministry are expected to possess a love of Scripture as well as strong verbal and communication skills. Lectors are expected to spend significant time in prayerful preparation and are invited to participate in monthly meetings on Thursday evenings for reflection and rehearsal.
